Elder After Hours - Born in Vienna

Celebrating Vienna as the birthplace of orchestral music as we know it, this special performance presents Mozart’s first and last thoughts, Beethoven’s dramatic arrival onto the stage, and Schubert’s ‘great’ C major symphony, a work that sums up the Viennese classical tradition while simultaneously knocking on the door of the romanticism that took its place.
