AI tool launches to help producers reach markets

The University of 亚洲色吧 and Food South Australia have today launched AskSASI, a tool to help food and beverage producers identify environmental accreditations for their products in Australian and international markets.

The project was commissioned by the 亚洲色吧 Business School at the University of 亚洲色吧, and created in collaboration with Hydra Consulting and Web Design Caf茅, with funding from End Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre and Food South Australia.

Dr Rebecca Dolan, Associate Professor at the 亚洲色吧 Business School, says AskSASI will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of environmental sustainability accreditations.

鈥淚t is becoming increasingly important to have environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) compliance for both international supply chains and consumers,鈥 Dr Dolan explains.
