How to become a PASS leader
Please read the information below carefully before applying.
Criteria for being a PASS leader
- You are aÌýcurrently enrolledÌýstudent of The University of ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É
- You have a minimum Grade Point Average of 5.5, including a minimum grade ofÌýDistinction in your nominated courses
- You must have time available to undertake the role without jeopardizing your own academic progress (a minimum of 3 hours per week during semester)
- You are a good role model for first year students
- You are reliable and take your responsibilities seriously
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about engaging with and supportingÌýstudents
- You can be creative and resourceful
Selection and training
Step 1:
Complete the application form after checking that you meet the minimum eligibility criteria.Ìý

Step 2:
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a group interview. Interviews will be held on 22nd and 23rd January 2025 and you must be able to attend in person at the North Terrace campus.Ìý
You will be sent a booking link for an interview should you be successful in reaching this stage of the selection process.

Step 3:
All successful candidates will be required to complete online training modules and attend a day's on-campus interactive training on either 12th or 13th February.Ìý
Candidates will be paid for their time while training.Ìý
